Lauren B. Weinstein

Lauren B. Weinstein is passionate about coaching as a tool for change and enjoys working with both individuals as well as organizations in the domain of strategic advising/consulting, coaching, facilitation, and training.

Previously, Lauren spent seven years at Accenture, where she worked primarily in Corporate Social Responsibility and International Development through Accenture Development Partnerships (ADP), a group that employs an innovative non-for-profit business model to make Accenture services accessible to the international development sector.

Her clients have included Accenture, Alliance for a Healthier Generation, International Rescue Committee (IRC), Womanity Foundation and World Association for Girl Guides & Girl Scouts (WAGGGS). She has supported these clients with strategic planning, organizational and operating model design, process improvement, leadership/management training program development and communications. While working for Accenture’s Corporate Social Responsibility group, Lauren helped expand the US skills-based volunteering program and created awareness around childhood obesity and patient navigation/advocacy.

Lauren is the author of “Coaching is Calling: A Guide to Coach Training Programs and Professional Career Paths.” She has a BA in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania and a Certification in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership. Lauren is a StartingBloc Fellow and Net Impact Professional Member and she speaks Spanish and Portuguese.
