Excellence in Executive Cohort Coaching

As Hillel’s Vice President for Talent, Scott hired the Ringel Group to design Cohort Coaching programs to cultivate the foundation’s top leadership. While Scott had worked with Rae previously on training sessions and conferences, he understood the importance of an individualized approach to professional development. In June of 2013, the Hillel Coaching Initiative was recognized by the International Coaching Federation as a Prism Award Finalist for “achievements and contributions to the coaching profession.” Other finalists included U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the Defense Acquisition University.
