As Hillel’s Vice President for Talent, Scott hired the Ringel Group to design Cohort Coaching programs to cultivate the foundation’s top leadership. While Scott had worked with Rae previously on training sessions and conferences, he understood the importance of an individualized approach to professional development. In June of 2013, the Hillel Coaching Initiative was recognized by the International Coaching Federation as a Prism Award Finalist for “achievements and contributions to the coaching profession.” Other finalists included U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the Defense Acquisition University.
"Rae has provided transformative coaching to Hillel directors throughout the country. The ROI could not be more evident both for them as individuals and for the growth of their Hillels. She has been a fantastic thought leader and partner. We wouldn't have such a quality program if it wasn't for her expertise and guidance."
-- Scott Brown, Vice President for Talent, Hillel: A Foundation for Jewish Campus Life
"[You] left me with tremendous confidence and conviction to continue to enhance my work and my communication in all facets of my life. You are an inspiring and gifted woman, and I am grateful to have been given these opportunities to learn with you."
