Even established organizations with long histories of success need new strategies to take them into the future. Among the top 10 charities in all of North America is the Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA), an organization representing 153 local Jewish Federations and over 300 Network communities which raise and distribute more than $3 billion annually for social welfare, social services and educational needs. The mission of the Federation movement is to protect the well-being and ever-changing needs of Jews worldwide. In support of this mission, for over ten years JFNA and many local Federations have relied on the Ringel Group for trainers, facilitators and keynote speakers to introduce the new ideas and perspectives that create mindset shifts. Rae has served as the Scholar in Residence for Young Leadership Cabinet and trained many diverse cohorts from Women’s Philanthropy to NextGen on topics ranging from fundraising to communication.
