The “Aha” Moment

How coaching helped Ahava make the jump.

In 2004 Ahava was a freelance writer and looking to take the next step in her career. She was referred to the Ringel Group and entered into a yearlong coaching partnership with Rae. Over the course of their sessions, Rae helped Ahava make the jump to full-fledged business owner. Their process began with a thorough intake of her present work and future goals. Together they explored the obstacles impeding those goals, her leadership presence and her role in the media industry. Today, Ahava is the President of the Aha Media Group and managing a team of ten. She is still heavily involved in strategy projects, but is also successfully managing and growing her business.
