How Coaching Changed Rob’s Game

Rob needed to pivot. He’d been running his company for 10 years and the transition from founder to senior management was outside his comfort zone. At their first meeting Rob was skeptical and asked why he should trust Rae when she didn’t know his business. That was almost seven years ago. Through their coaching sessions he has developed the techniques and skills to help him navigate decisions as mundane as human resources and as grand as their international expansion.
